DTDC — Non Delivery of consignment

It is regarding consignment number M21071651 for which I have already dropped an email at customer support (the case number is[protected]. Initially I was told that the address was not proper so in the above mentioned case number I provided complete address of both sender and receiver. Later when I called last Friday at Hyderabad DTDC office they said the consignment is in Hyderabad only and would be delivered maximum by Saturday evening. It is already Tuesday today and I haven't received any update till now. I give you guys till tomorrow evening's time to get it delivered at proper address or else I would be forced to lodge an official complaint against you of theft. Also I am dropping the same message to your board of directors, they should also be aware of what is going on in the office and how you people are spoiling their company's name.
