[Resolved] DTDC — Non delivery of product | |||
Dear sir, my dtdc tracking no Z34407192 is not delivered to me. On 30 September 2014 it has reached Puri (Destination), but till yet not deliver to me. I asked the dtdc person regarding the parcel, but there was no response from them. I also complained to the customer care of dtdc regarding this matter, but they provided me wrong information. The service provided by dtdc is very poor. That parcel is too important for me. Pls take proper action against it & deliver me my parcel as soon as possible. Pls do the needful.
