DTDC — NON RECEIPT OF COURIER | |||
I had ordered a courier with an Airway bill no.C58281219 through DTDC on 27 Jan 2015.The franchise owner of DTDC at Gorakhpur had responded just once that he will check the status of Courier and after that Even after repeatedly calling the franchise no. [protected] of Muhaddipur Gorakhpur, the franchise owner is not picking up .(Point to be noted that Franchise owner is not accepting that the stuff has reached him even when it has been confirmed by one of the sources). It is high time that companies like DTDC take these matters seriously and save their so called esteemed customers from harassment and losing their valuable parcels like this. My pan card dispatch through DTDC courier (c.Note - X[protected] which shows delivered in 15/01/2015 by Dwarka Sector - 7 office. But I did not received the same. I tried all the way to find out my pan card but DTDC office and staff totally fail to respond me about my wrong delivery or misplaced of pan card. I Call and mail many times but no one answerable me to deliver my pan card. Please enquire the same and arrange feedback to rahul.[protected]@gmail.com

Dear Sirs, I had sent one courier on 23 rd may, 2015 from Nangloi, Delhi ti Ghaziabad but it has not been received till now. Also there is no one to take care of my issue. Your franchisee has not yet reached to office . There is no one at your customer care center to take call. Please advise me where I should go. Snapshot is given here below.
