DTDC — not deliver parcel

my docket no. X13392583 i booked parcel on 5th may for secundrabad and its reach hydrabad on 8th may but still its not delivered ... hyderabad customer care number not responding and where it reach that office also not responding very poor and worst service i ever found ... all over india customer care also not responding ... i dont understand why customer care not responding from DTDC now let me know when will my parcel reach vishal mehta [protected]
