DTDC — Order not received but status is showing as delivered

Can you help me to these Reference No.. tracking status is displaying as delivered but till now not received these orders. I have added the contact number to these orders as below. Order CONFIRMED. Reference No.: S[protected] I have given mobile no. to this order: [protected] ) Order CONFIRMED. Reference No.: S[protected] I have given mobile no. to this order: [protected] ) But in tarcking status, under receiver's details showing some other person's mobile number. This is not my mobile number. Even receiver's relationship is not mentioned. Received by DEV & SIGNATURE, who are these people, In my family no body name is this. i don't know where the courier person delivered. So take some action to get it delivered this order to me.
