DTDC — package not arrived

Wesley Jacobs [protected] or [protected] code is +27 - if you don't know how to add it correctly : +[protected] [protected]@hotmail.com Im from south Africa JHB Sandton The packaged never arrived, Tripti papnoi who sent me the package called dtdc in mumbai and they keep telling her that they have contacted me with instructions on what i need to do to get the package or that the package stuck at customs or a combination of the 2 that they contacted me what to do to get it at customs because its stuck there. no one answers there emails or my calls. I just want the package already, i was suppose to get it in 3 days and its been weeks. they made a mistake on there system and they even admitted it but the parcel should still reach since the address is correct.
