[Resolved]  DTDC — Package not delivered

Hi,

I have a courier with airway no:B17398959, first thing is within a city package took 5 days to deliver and the next and worst part is the delivery boy is not at all willing to come to the provided address, some time they call to there office and some time they call to half of the way, even going to half of the way waiting more that 1hr the boy was unseen, next is when he came again he is not ready to come to my address and he was saying that he will give the package to some shop on the street and go, even after calling him he was talking so irresponsibly, that he will not delivery because he has some many work.


Is the way u so called DTDC treat with costumers? is this for what we pay you?

I sent a package of time-sensitive documents thru DTDC courier services from Chennai to New Delhi on May 4 2015
The consignment number is C60266414
As of today (May 9) the package is showing IN TRANSIT
The chennai west mambalam franchise that sent the courier has no clue as to why the delay is and where the parcel is and is not taking ownership of the issue
Please help

Very bad service

As per the tracking site, my consignment X13236529 is delivered in the address on May 23rd . I was at home and I haven’t received my document . As per site its delivered to security guard . How can DTDC deliver it to a security or some other personal, without my confirmation ? We give Phone number also in the address, so that the delivery boy can call and confirm. They haven’t done it . Now the security says, they have not received . DTDC says its delivered.
This same document last months senet by PMI academey and DTDT delievry boy said no one available and return back to PMI academy.
I tried to call local DTDC office but not able to reach then, even not able to reach customer care.
Any way to get my document.
Please arragnge to deliver ASAP.

Hi,
I had a deal with DTDC services for delivering the package on 3rd of June, and its very harrasing that till now the package neither delievred nor returned.
Day on day i'm taking follow up from the service provider but they are making excuses from last one month.

Note :- If you will contact the service provider they will make a new excuse, therefore request you to kindly take a strong action.

Showing " Out for Delivery" four days ago. Now showing attempted. Tell us the meaning of this status so that we can help you. Not contacting and and delivering the consignment is not the solution.
