I HAVE SENT FIVE GARMENTS ON A PACKET FROM PANIPAT TO KOLKATA ON 12/09/2014 (CONSIGNMENT NO. D[protected]. BUT TODAY WHEN MY SISTER OPENED THE PACKET, SHE FOUND THAT ONE GARMENT IS MISSING. I PHONED AT THE KOLKATA END, THEY SAID IT IS PANIPAT END FAULT, AGAIN I PHONED AT PANIPAT DTDC OFFICE, AND THEY SAID IT IS KOLKATA END FAULT... WHO WILL COMPENSATE ME??????????
