[Resolved]  DTDC — Parcel get lost from the dtdc office gurgaon

I send a parcel from Pune To Gurgaon. It reached the Gurgaon office in S-BLOCK in 2 days. but it has been 12 days that the parcel didnt get delivered. Officials at the Gurgaon office told that the package got lost. What type of answer is this.?? If these persons are not able to deliver the parcel, why is the company keeping these persons, in its office.. Requesting the top Management to kindly take action aganist S-BLOCK Gurgaon. And just throw those officials out of the office. The concerned person number is [protected]. Kindly take action aganist him.
