DTDC — parcel not received consignment number V20445521

Address:Siwan, Bihar

I have been booked a consignment from Bangalore to Siwan on 19.01.2015 but it is still not delivered to me.The shopkeeper said that it will be delivered within 3 days.My consignment number is V20445521.on website it is showing to Patna apex since 21.01.2015.I contacted to Patna Apex but they are saying that they have not received the consignment.Kindly send my consignment as soon as possible.
