DTDC — shipment not yet delivered

hi their, i have booked a consignment with number "D18285538" from bhimavaram to gurgoan. the delivary of the consignment should be on 21/7/2014 but when i go and check in the website if the consignment has been delivered or not it says "Out For Delivary" till date it says the same thing but the consignment has not been delivered. when i give a call to your representative they dont even answer the call. i have called them for 10times or even more lucky by gods grace i was able to speak to one of your representative .she gave me a complaint number i.e "i2307136". i request you to please take the complaint and resolve the matter asap. i am going to keep this one copy with me so that if you cant help me out i will have to reach the media. please dont put me in trouble.
