[Resolved]  DTDC — This complain is regarding specific branch at Raipur.

I sent parcel 2 times from Pune to Raipur, On online tracking system it showed, reahced to Raipur and dispatched for shipment. But they dont really dispatched it for shipment. Every time we have to track and go to Raipur branch to collect the parcel. On queried they said that the courier boy dint get your address. This is rediculous. There are mobile number written of receiver and sender both. They are saying mobiles are not reachable. This is again . My address is so simple you can find it on google map too. Every other courier guys and postman found the adreess very easily except DTDC. DTDC need to change the management in Raiput branch. I dont have faith on them and they are spoiling the image of DTDC.
