DTDC — Tracking Number:H32408025 non delivery since 9th of August

HI All, Tracking Number:H32408025 booked on 9th of August but till now goods not delivered to customer. Not sure How DTDC is servicing to customer not even single call from concerned team .. Its more than 20 day's now from booking and item is not even returned back to sender.. No Idea where its struck and blocked by DTDC .. Can some one from DTDC look into the matter and take necessary action on priority ..Hoping to get +ve response from concerned team.. Thanks Shiva--[protected]
