DTDC — Very bad service

DTDC Surat main branch staff is not responding properly. Since 1 month I am waiting for my consignment but still not received. Getting the same answer everyday that "You will receive in 2 days only". GUYS THIS IS THE WORST COURIER COMPANY AND THEIR STAFF TOO.
