DTDC — Z52872216 dt. 06.04.15 from solan(HP) to B'ore not delivered till date

Dear sir The C'ment No Z52872216 dt. 06.04.15 from solan(HP) to B'ore not delivered till date, and as per tracker it is showing delivered in DTDC Bangalore office, while contracting them they says that C'ment is not sent by Ambala office . What service is being provided the by DTDC neither their Bangalore office deptt, nor Ambala office giving proper reply, it is a blame game . when it will be safe to send the consignment thr courier.
