[Resolved]  Durga Builder Pvt. Ltd. — Not given the plot

My father Lt. Shri RAMPAL SINGH RAWAT has booked a plot on 20-11-86 at OKHLA ENCLACE near HARYANA BOEDER vide MEMEBERSHIP NO. 7425 under hire purchase scheme. He also paid a total amount sum of Rs. 10, 000/- for the same till 11-10-91. The plot was booked at the rate of Rs. 100/- per square yard. Then in 15-06-99 my father again submit the receipt of rupee 10, 000 as claim for the land or the money with interest and received a refund claim receipt of plot no. 483r sector 3/2 . We have no option please tell what I will do?Now I request you that I want the plot or money back with interest of plot at current prize . Please help us, we need this. REGARDS SUIMT RAWAT S/O Lt.
