Dear sir, I am retired staff from ge-alstom from june'2016. The premium was paid as far as i know. Please confirm whether the card no [protected]a is valid still now or not. The card is showing that of validity up to 31.07.2015. I have to go for cashless hospitalization for re-trab eye-surgery immediately. Your early response is needed and would be appreciated.
