[Resolved]  Eastern Railway — Train stops at station but no tickets issued due to no show on sites as well as computerised booking

Dear Sir, I am informing that, previously, I had complain 2 times at eastern railway Hwh division (Chief commercial) that, train number 15901up (Yeswantpur to DBRT Exp.) have a official stops at BHP(Santiniketan) on every Wednesday at 16.24; &, it also stop accordingly. As well as showing stop on eastern railway timetable too. But, it is not showing on IRCTC side, other side, and as well as not showing on computerised reservation counter. As we know Bolpur (BHP) is a important station where, Rabindranath Tagore's central university named Visva Bharati is situated; & many more students from Northeast as well as others areas are coming here. There are no other direct train from here to Dibrugragh, Lamding etc. So, they are facing problem for this. For this, I am requesting you to look into the matter and resolved it asap.
