This is regarding below booking;
(Chauffeur detail received on 4.9.14 @ 18;00 & booking made on 4.9.14 @ 07:16); Dear Customer, your cab details for Booking ID: A[protected] are - Car No: DL1RX6768, Chauffeur No: [protected].
I have booked cab for 04 Sept'14 18:00, and cab was not provided. I have been told till last time booking is confirmed & cab will reach on time (even before 15min. of pick up time).
After so many calls to Easy cab call center, at 18:00 I have received chauffeur detail who was atleast 45min. away from my pick up location.
Why I have not been informed on proper time that cab can not be arrange on time even after calling so many times to call center that chauffeur detail pending.
This is cheating to customer, this also happened earlier. Last happened on 19 November 2013.
This is serious concern this time & harassment to customer.
