LINK For the company website:http://www.easyinsuranceindia.com/ Hello Team, I need help from you how can I contact you I am very sorry to write the email, as I have not received the customer service which thought of, last year I got my car insurance renewed online From easy insurance india([protected]) they Don't have any executive who speaks in Hindi and they renewed my policy The problem started from there I received it 2 weeks late from the date i was supposed to get it, I Had to make number of calls(STD) to get the issue resolved, The other issue started I met with an accident and took my car to the service station to get it repaired and wanted to claim the insurance but the Service station people stated that the policy is not cashless and i have to pay the amount(60, 000) as per the bill And then i will get the amount back after the deduction of some charges and no confirmation when will that happen.I was shocked hearing this as I was given the Policy stating as being Cashless And then I called Easy insurance India on the number([protected]) I was transferred n number of times to different people and then they told me that they will revert back but I Didn't received any calls Nor any mails so i had to call again and then they wanted me to carry on with the procedure and they will take care of the issue, but no response from them i had to call every time and its a STD .I am sure the amount which makes a total for the cost of me calling to them must have come near to the premium amount i paid for the renewal. The Executive telling me that there GM(MR Shiv is on leave and nothing can be done til he is back. I was not able to understand that if GM is on long eave then somebody must be there to take the Decisions. But nothing Done GM came back and then also i was not called i had to call them and i spoke to Shiv(GM) and he has been changing his statements every time he spoke too me i have all that in recording.(THE MAIN PART OF THAT IS HE TOLD ME THAT POLICY IS CASHLESS WHICH IS GIVEN BY THEM BUT THE SERVICE STATION IS NOT AUTHORIZED, AND NEXT HE CHANGED HIS OWN STATEMENT.) And then he wanted me to speak to his chairman MR V NARAYAN I spoke to MR NARAYAN his call is also recorded with me he also stated the same line that policy is not cashless changing the statement for his GM and on call he excepted that it was mistake from MR Shiv(GM) telling me as policy being cashless and Mr Narayan is saying that he cannot do anything now after me wasting so lot of amount on the calls. And now my car has been repaired and the service station people wants me to take the car. after paying the Amount, I want to file a case as fraud against the company i have all the call recording and also the emails.. Mr. Nithesh Kamra made two claims first in the Month of Mar 2014 and also in the Month of May 2014. Both the claims were duly settled through National Insurance Company Limited. - Shiv General Manager.[protected].
