I have booked online my return journey air tickets from Mumbai to Delhi (Onward 13.06.2014 & return 22.06.2014) on 31.05.2014 through Easygo Trip ( M/s Travel Made Easy Online Pvt. Ltd, Brisa Complex, Shop No, 545, Near Somay Resort, Naika Vaddo, Calangute Bardez - Goa. 403516 Call-Center : +91-[protected]) on 31.05.4014 & paid Rs.13328=00 through debit card ( Reference No :- ET 30536 Book Date:- 5/31/2014). But after some time when I saw my mail from Easy gotrip that my ticket has been cancelled due to fair difference & asked me to pay Rs. 1508=00 more & given a link (https://secure.payu.in/processInvoice?invoiceId=9bbedc006348b261c522eb6c94f9af2...⇄ I have made additional payment of Rs. 1508=00. But again I was surprised that they have mail me as below
(Dear Sir, Sorry to inform you that You have made the payment very late.. Now the fare is coming Rs 16530/- means difference of Rs 1694/- if you can pay this difference Amount then we can book your ticket.. Reply ASAP.)
Then I had mail them not to book the ticket & refund my money on 02.06.2014. But getting no response after repetitive mails. also at their Call center No body responding, only automated voice can be heard, our customer care representative are busy & we have noted your No. and will call back. But, no body is responding.
They are not picking up the phone also.
I am really frustrated with this company. Please help.
