Eazy2Pay — Request for refund the my amount rs. - 3570. 24/ -

I did SOL Delhi University Online payment amount Rs.-3570.24/- dated on 15/09/2015. That payment SOL Delhi University till today not received. I was already complain to Eazy2pay company but till today Eazy2pay company not refund the my that amount. That time i did the payment i was received email from Eazy2Pay Payment Alert that transaction Declined than why amount was deducted from my account.

Please help me for refund my amount Rs.-3570.24/-.
