eBay — Didnt got delivery

I had orderd the set of dumblles on 13 estimated delivery date was 16 today is 25 till now i did not got my pordruct i had already paid the amount if i contact the customer care they are telling to contanct to seller he is very irresponsible he is telling that i had shipped your product but iam unable to track ur porduct and ebay is telling that your porduct has not yet shipped both ebay and his sellr are FRAUD...friends never buy any thing on ebay its waste of time waste of money ...
