I have a buy Windows TAB from EBAY and got the item by 3rd May. Item claimed to be backup for 8 hours video playback. But it only provides 2 hours. I have contact the seller. He refused to provide support. Then I contacted to HP. They told me that as the item is not released in India, they can't support. I raised a claim to EBAY. They refused and asked me that item has MANUFACTURER WARRENTY. I again contacted EBAY and asked that HP not supports me as the item is not released in INDIA. They told once a claim is rejected, it can not be reopened.
Now I am the victim. No one help me.
