eBay India — Cheated me, harassing me | |||||
HI, I have ordered "HUAWEI 3G CDMA EVDO USB MODEM from ebay.in (PaisaPay ID-[protected] ) on 22th September 2015. I have not received the item before the stipulated date 1 October 2015. I have raised a request for refund on 2 October, 2015. The following is the message I received "You have requested for a refund on 02-Oct-15 since you did not receive the item by the deadline of on 02-Oct-15. Your refund will be processed within 5 days from the date of initiation." On 5 October 2015, there was an update saying "Your refund request has been put on hold by PaisaPay on 05-Oct-15 as the seller has appealed against this refund. PaisaPay is currently verifying the proof provided by the seller. Please contact eBay Customer Support for further clarifications, if required." When i call customer care every time they says eBay India Team will call you within 48 Hours with resolution. i did not received proper resolution yet. I am your regular customer i am not wrong then why you are Harassing me. i had already sent you many mail but you are not taking it seriously, i am not in mood to do more mails, reply me in a days. I have not received the item on or before 06th October, 2015 I am entitled for a refund.I want my money back back along with compensation for that I had to make and time wasted on this issue...
