[Resolved]  eBay India — Regarding damage goods and refund

Paisapay id -[protected]I had purchase Tupperware modular mate storage container. I got damage product. I request ebay for replacement. after 15 days I got resolution that they will refund me money back. for that ebay say I have to ship the product to their warehouse and no reverse pickup be done by them. on ebay guarantee they claim that most of time the reverse done by pick up done by them. ebay says that I have to ship it within 3days, otherwise by claim will be denial. they took 15days to resolve customer complain and they give customer only three days. one more thing is that they give shipping charges in terms of ebay coupon, so customer have to do bloddy business with them again. they need scan copy of shipment, who will bare that cost and transportation cost to ship up to their office. customer care representative behaviour also rud.
