Team, I raised compliant against my claim on Purchase Nokia-1600 mobile which i had received totally defective . i requested to Ebay to refund amount on 21-September-2016 but till not getting any revert on refund .lots of calls made against refund but team is not willing to refund and they want to digest money . please have a look and provide a solution on this .enclosed data for your reference .
