[Resolved] Ebay.in — Defective product delivered

Ebay has delivered defected product in which charger was broken and main unit was having back appx 3month old and after that they asked for proof which i provide them and after that they said to go to authorized centre to bring a letter for them so they can make sure that the product is 3month old why shud buyer go to service center if he complaint on the same day he got the damaged product but ebay is not giving me any resolution. Now they are closing my claim as i am not going to cervice centre. I have all the mails regarding my proofs which i have send thm.
