I orderd a sandal its item id is[protected] and they inform that by november 8 it would be delivered but i cant got the item till now . I paid the amount through internet banking i inform this to their customer care but no necessary action from their side then i asked for claim and refund the amount .they didnt refund the amount yet so please help me
