Ebay.in — Different IMEI numbers on box and phone

I bought a BB Z10 new one from ebay.in, and what I observed is that IMEI number on the box and what is showing on the phone are different. I strongly believe that the product I received is not a original piece. Please provide a resolution to my issue. Record Number for the transaction is : 5499
