Dear Sir We had booked a MICROSOFT SURFACE PRO3 TYPE COVER on 21st NOV 2014 and the Paisapay ID [protected] We received the same on 9th Dec through Aramex courier. When we opened, we were shocked to see that you have sent the Type Cover for Surface Pro 2, whereas we ordered for Surface Pro 3. Please note that Surface Pro 2 is 10.6" screen and Surface Pro 3 is 12" screen. Pic enclosed for your ready reference. On receipt of this wrong delivery, we immediately called Shop Your World number +[protected] as printed on the invoice and spoke to Mr. Rohan. He simply asked us to write an email to [protected]@gmail.com. A copy is sent to them too. This is completely wrong and not expected of ebay to send a wrong item nearly after 20 days. We cannot accept the same. We request you to kindly send us the SURFACE PRO 3 TYPE COVER WITHIN 3 DAYS or else refund our money back to my credit card. This is MOST URGENT and we need the delivery of the right product WITHIN 3 DAYS. Hope ebay wakes up now and keeps an eye on its vendor who are trying to take eBay customers for a ride.
