Ebay.in — ebay cheated me

I ordered a blackberry Z3 flip cover and paid by net banking from ebay. Product delivery date was 17 sept 2014 but I couldnt receive my flip cover yet.whenever I call them they just say we will contact you within 24-48 hrs but actually there is no response from them.i claimed a complaint but they closed it stating your product is delivered to somewhat wrong address.what to do now I m not getting.pay paisa ID for my product is [protected]. Please help
