I have perchased one item on 23-8-15 (PaisaPay ID [protected]) but the seller not shipped that item within time period and also not responded by phone also. so i have cancelled that order and Claim raised (ID: 1224248).After more than 10 days Seller shipped that item but i have refused to take and returned that item. Till now that Claim process is not complete.Whenever i contact Ebay Customercare They will tell within 24hr ur claim is processed, Same thing they will repeate. Pls give better solution where i will complaint and "Do not tell wait 24/48 hr we will process"
