Ebay.in — ebay is not giving me my money

seller sent me the card reader insted of my order of 2 memory card, but still ebay rejected my cllaim.. even i provided images 3 times as per ebay request, ut they rejected my claim.. i work in "nuclear power station", and I don't have even a single holiday at my work... and mobile phones are strictly prohibited at my work place ...so i did not able to get the call from ebay and ebay.in rejected my claim, please help me...

Ebay.in — ebay guarantee does not cover damage in transit

For products under ebay guarantee, damages in transit are not covered. All based on customers luck. Customer should bear the cost and headache of replacement of damaged product with the manufacturer. PP id [protected]

Not Matching To my requirement
