Ebay.in — eBay-Keep on changing delivery time lines-Making very irretating and palying with customer time n money

Hi, I have purchased item[Smart-TV] in ebay[order id-[protected]] with estimated delivery date as May 28 [Please see the attachment].From past couple of days i am following them on chat[Please see attached chat scipts] call.If they are not able to delivery by said time why they want to make us fools by placing wrong delivery dates. Can't we restrict these kind of sites giving improper information to customer by not following any rules.eBay really can't able to give exact delivery date while buying. If no one raise their voice these people will keep continue doing these type of fault business without considering or concerning our needs. Problem-I have expected to get my package as ebay mentioned estimated delivery date[plz see attachment] I can not able to buy manually without getting my price even, if i cancel it will take more than a week to get my money back.
