Ebay.in — Ebay says they refunded but Mobikwik says Ebay did not , what to do now ???

I performed a transaction of Rs 114, in Ebay.in, through Mobikwik wallet, on 24th June 2015, The seller refunded the amount as he was out of stock and Ebay also claims that they refunded the amount on 27/6/15, But even as of 6/7/2015, I have not received the refund. So please help and provide an early resolution, I am attaching all screenshots as proof, from both ebay and mobikwik websites.
