Ebay.in — Ebay Shipping faulty products to Customers | |||
Dear All, I have purchased a product from ebay.in on 10 Jan 2015 paid them the product was "Hard Disk 160 GB SATA 3.5 Inch Desktop Hard Disk Drive /HDD "[protected]" shipped after calling on 16 jan and received when calling many times to seller and courier company DTDC on 22 Jan, my PaisaPay ID [protected]. The product shipped was garbage(faulty and not working) and when I have raised replacement, denied, reason, the product is covered in manufacturer warranty and when I have searched on website of seagate it is not covered in warranty . and ebay says their Paisa pay policy cover only product shipping to you, You have to call personally to seller. I experience, is that seller is selling garbage due to ebay policies are protecting them, and ebay given a platform to the person to make money using unlawful practices. I have lost money but learnt a chapter that how ebay is working in India, But I will not let them go. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am struggling with Ebay and the seller since 5th Dec ..no response from Ebay and the Seller (Supriya Mahajan) from HSS.
