I have purchased one ab care exerciser in ebay and when it got delivered it was broken so asked them for return and refund my money . they said the cannot arrange or courier so i have to send them . so agreeing with them i have send the item and the shipping charges cost me rs 1800 which i can't imagine . after getting the item they refund my money after several days and finally when there was the question of shipping charges they promised to give me a coupon instead to use it in place of that charges . i have been waiting for more than 2 months but still not got the charges . i have called them several times but evrytime they asked me for the photos of the delivery receipt, what kind of non sense people they are, , they have simply stolen my money .
