[Resolved] Ebay.in — Immediate refund of Rs19200

dear sir, since i have not received the item against paisa pay id [protected] and the seller unable to dispatch the item and offered me refund of the above item/paisa pay id [protected] copy of email received regarding this is attached herewith.Therefore i request you to refund me my paid amount as early as possible to avoid legal action against ebay. Apart from that the seller which was in question in this mail has played a big game by giving me wrong docket no.Z09847997 of dtdc i.e courier may be he was not intending to sent me the item and interesting thing is that as per dtdc tracker details its showing item has been delivered, when i have contacted personally dtdc i came to know that address mentioned over the packet doesnot belongs to me apart from that it was only 20gram envelop and same has been confirmed by the seller shri ramsavrup yadav when i contacted him over phone.Nutshell is that i want my money Rs19200/- against paisa pay id [protected] back immmediately and request you to blacklist the seller aminashop, alwar rajasthan. In future i am not going to use ebay for online shopping and will suggest others also not to buy thro ebay .completely unsatisfied with the service what ebay is providing.

Ebay has turned into a big cheater. Their customer care has no solution at all. They are busy in givng false assurances. copy the weblink of your this complaint and paste it on their facebook page 3-4 times. And do not stop for their useless suggestion to wait as they are not doing anything to resolve your issue. This practice will compel them to think about your problem as they are concious about their reputation. It worked for many you should also give it a try.
