Ebay.in — Item was not as described

Dear Sir, I bought one item from ebay india and item was not as described they send me wrong item and now i talked with seller he agrees to give me my refund back but now he is saying that he claims my refund but i talked with ebay customer support and they said they have not get any request from the seller to refund my money. My paisa pay is is PaisaPay ID [protected] and item no is[protected]. I think they are just playing with me.Please try to resolve the issue . I attached the blazer picture with the original one. Seller send me the custom made blazer and i ordered the company made. He put the picture of company made on site but sends the custom made no name of company.
