[Resolved] Ebay.in — Negligence about product delivery | |||||
I had ordered an appli iphone 5s 16 gb on 23rd of oct. 2016. My paisa pay id was [protected]. Initially it was committed that i will get my item by 16th of nov. I raise a claim on 9th nov regarding the matter. On that day also i was being assured that by 16th nov.2016 i will receive the item. Later on on 12th nov. i got a notification that my item has been shipped and i will receive it by 20th nov. On 21st nov, I notified ebay that i have not received the item. Today i.e on 22nd nov. I got a call from ebay that my money will be refunded. I dont want refund. I want product. Today they are telling that the item is not available with the seller. Its not a customer concern. If the item was not available then why ebay took almost a month to declare that they dont have the item.? My concern is about the product. I want it as soon as possible.
