[Resolved] Ebay.in — Obsolete products delivered | |||
I had ordered a Lotus Professional Phyto-Rx Whitening Brightening Night Cream in ebay.in via order #[protected]. But to my dismay, the container has scratches and the color of the cream is also different from the one I am currently using. The manufactured date is of 2014. I want to return it but ebay.in says it is not possible. I have taken a pic attached (LHS one I am using and RHS is one purchased) of my existing one and the one bought. There is a distinct difference in the color and fragrance. I am sorry to say but the product delivered is smelling foul. Was this information helpful? | |||
