I have ordered Maybelline Colossal Kajal form eBay. I got duplicate product. It is not applying properly and also the cap is very loose. It is smudge in just 5 minutes. It is totally duplicate product. Now i am contacting eBay care and they are saying that contact seller.I have already talk with seller they are also not giving proper answer and cutting the call without giving satisfied answer. eBay is also not giving me satisfied answer. They are listing these king of sellers who are sending fake and duplicate item. I want my money back and eBay is not replying me. What should I do now. Please help me.

Updated by Swatirajput11 My PaisaPay ID is [protected]. Never buy cosmetics from eBay. They are sending duplicate product. They are also not solving this problem. They said that this is quality issue and not covered in eBay guarantee clam. Then why they are selling such a duplicate product.
