With reference to the above, i hereby inform you that, i have not received the refund amount of rs.238-35ps till now on repeated e-mails, telephonic conversations, chats etc. As the time limit exceeded as per terms and conditions of ebay. I can't understand from the customer service people sending reply e-mails wrongly information/saying without reading the contents of the request e-mail from me that they have already processed this refund request from their end on 28th dec 2015 for claim id: 1553521 of rs.343-60ps. At the same time refund amount for claim id: 1553521 is 238-35ps and not rs.343-60ps. How is it possible ? Please explain ... I was requesting the amount of rs.238-35ps. I had forwarded the copies by attaching the axis bank credit card statements more than 12 times as valid proof that i have not received nor refunded the amount of rs.238-35ps. As requested by customer service executives for verification but no resolution made by you also till now. I again request you to kindly resolve my long pending issue by duly crediting/ refunding the amount of rs.238-35ps. Towards claim id: 1553521 without prolonging the issue atleast in this juncture.

With reference to the above, i would like to inform you that, the ebay guarantee claim for claim id: 1553521/ item id:[protected]/paisapay id: [protected] was rs.238-35ps not rs.343-60 as mentioned in your e-mail replies. The amount of rs.343-60ps which you mentioned in your e-mail reply belongs to claim id: 1548698/ item id:[protected]/paisapay id: [protected]. Please read the contents/wordings carefully in my earlier e-mails, telephonic conversations, chats etc. Before replying the e-mails to me. Is it correct ? For non receipt of rs.238-35ps how is it possible from your department more than the claim amount of rs.238-35ps. I really surprised to note by receiving non matching replies from you and other officials of your customer care department of the same manner without understanding/reading thoroughly the e-mail requests simply replying the e-mails repeating the same wordings etc.. I again inform you that, i have not received the refund amount of rs.238-35ps till now. I am again attaching the screen shots of the axis bank credit card statements for 2 months for your reference and valid proof/evidence for non receipt of the refund amount of rs.238-35ps. Please try to understand what i mentioned in e-mail request, telephonic conversations, chats etc. And arrange to refund/credit the claim amount for claim id: 1553521 of rs.238-35ps atleast in this juncture.


Please note that, i had wasted my official time by sending e-mails, for telephonic conversations, chats etc. From dec 2015 onwards and try to understand the value for loss of official time for the above, and higher officials warned me for wastage of official time.

By Forwarding Reminder e-mails more than 16 Times alongwith attachments of Axis Bank Credit Card Statements as requested by the Paisapay support team for verification of the Non receipt of Refund as proof, Chat Sessions more than 6 Times, Telephonic Conversations with Customer Support Team more than 21 Times and on verifying all the above confirmed by ebay that the amount has not been refunded to me. And Finally they agreed on verification of valid proofs forwarded by me to the concerned Paisapay team and arranged/approved for the Refund and intimated me through SMS that "Refunded an amount of Rs.238-35ps towards PaisaPay ID 41330055459" and the Claim amount Credited to my Axis Bank Credit Card account on 22nd July 2016 vide their Ref. No. 42624923 and confirmed the Credit on receipt of the August 2016 Axis Bank Credit Card Statement. Thank you very much for your Support in this regard.
eBay.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
