[Resolved] Ebay.in — Pokemon y ntsc nintendo 3ds game | |||||
I ordered a pokemon y ntsc nintendo 3ds game on ebay... On 17 th september... I saw a picture in the description while ordering it was the picture of a european version of pokemon y game so i ordered it... My delivery reached me on 27 th september... I paid cash on delivery... When i opened the box i saw that the product i saw while ordering was not delivered to me instead an american version of pokemon y game was delivered to me... I though by mistake the packaging might be wrong... As it is so reputed company... T might happen... So i opened the seal and saw the product inside is also incorrect so i issued a claim for refund... But ebay said its not its fault as sellers fault the seller is parthiban (Reni mart) no.[protected]. And ebay advised me to contact the seller... So i did so. I sent two email with pictures and said for replacement but they said me that replacement is unavailable as the european version of pokemon y game is not available inspite of they gave the picture of an european version of pokemon y in the description... So i said for refund... But they are saying now that the full refund is not available as i opened the seal... Instead it was there fault as they gave the wrong picture of the product in the description, they delivered the wrong product... So my request is to give me full refund as it was not my fault they gave wrong picture of the product in the description, they delivered the wrong product... It was there fault... I opened the seal as i have seen such cases that the packaging is wrong but the product inside is correct. The first picture i uploaded is the picture i saw during ordering the product and the second picture i send is the product i got delivered... Sorry! I culd not attach the actual picture of the delivered product as the size of the image is 4.96 mb and the max size here is 2 mb... Was this information helpful? | |||||
