I order Redmi 3s on 29th September 2016 the paisa pay I'd is- Buyer transaction details for PaisaPay ID [protected] seller shipped the product and the parcel reached to Purnea hub threw dtdc Courier Track no D30531158
I refuse to take the parcel due to some reason and as according to eBay timeline if the parcel not sucessfully delivered the buyer get the full refund amount and I didn't get my refund amount yet more than 20 times I called to eBay support team offen say wait 72 hour u will get update soon and refund request put on hold by eBay Customer Support

I want my refund amount it was to delayed.

Updated by abhinay2k Yesterday I called support team 2 time 1 time they told me u defiantly got the call back from claim/ back in team for the refund but I didn't get any call after that I again call eBay support team they told me due to some reason u not got the call from our back in team they r not responding me always wait wait wait ...I want to just know when I got my refund amount ...
