Ebay.in — Refund of bad product | |||||
I bought a bluetooth headphone from ebay.in. it turned out to be dysfunctional. So I raised a ebay gurantee claim. They refunded me a coupon worth the amount of the product. I bought a Sony power bank from ebay.in. That too turned out to be dysfunctional. I again raised a claim but the ebay people didn't responded. When I called them they told me that they have closed the claim as the seller is not certified. They gave me the number of the seller. I contacted the seller SELLU. He said it was not an original product and that he'll refund my money. Asked for the shipment details and bank details. I provided everything. Now he is not picking up my call. I just want to have my 600 rupees refunded. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I tried everything. Your helpdesk is [censored]. Never received the refund. They kept on asking me the same questions again and again. Lost 600 bugs which means a lot to me. Have stopped shopping from eBay altogether now and I keep advising people to do the same.
