1. ordered HP 802 Small Inkjet Cartridge (Black[protected] on 04.10.2015 2.Order confirmation: PaisaPay ID [protected] after paying Rs 438/= through Credit Card 3. Good was not delivered till 10th oct and asked for refund 3.On 12 oct 2015 An eBay Guarantee* claim has been opened with Claim ID: 1326667 PaisaPay ID: [protected] Item number:[protected] 4.on 26 oct received a mail with comments eBay Guarantee* claim - 1326667 has been resolved and We are pleased to inform you that we are approving your refund request and closing the claim. Your refund will be sent to your original mode of payment and it will take 6-8 working days 5 .on 4th Nov received a mail with comment RE: Resolving a claim SR# 1-[protected] We have "Escalated" this issue to our team to get it resolved as soon as possible. Once it gets resolved you would be intimated. Hence we request you to kindly allow us the time of 48-72 hours to look in to this matter and resolve this problem 6.Till today money has not been returned
