HI SIR/MADAM. Am vijay prakash, my problem is regarding about refund the amount issue. actually i placed a order last month unfortunately the order is cancelled by seller. But till now the amount is not refunded to the account. i raised a claim on it but that claim is also approval for refunding then why the amount is not reflecting in to my account. so that i call to your customer care for this issue but till now they also not resolving my problem.
