I got damaged item from ebay and raise a claim but did not receive replacement or refund since last 20 days. Every time support team saying that we will contact you within 48 hours since last 10 days.

We have multiple times shared claim id but your support team saying that you will get call in 48 hours. Again and again 48 hours...
